What kind of products does Nikki's Dark House offer?

Nikki’s Dark House, a unique online jewelry store born out of resilience and a passion for creativity.

During a challenging period of recuperation from mini-strokes, I discovered a therapeutic and rewarding outlet - creating handmade jewelry. Over three months, this pastime evolved into a thriving business, and thus, Nikki’s Dark House was born.

Our collection features an exquisite range of bracelets, earrings, and necklaces, each piece meticulously handcrafted with love and precision. We specialize in using crystal and gemstone beads, each chosen for their unique beauty and symbolic meanings. Our pieces are further enhanced with wire-wrapped cabochons, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to our designs.

But our offerings don't stop there. Recognizing the diverse tastes of our customers, we've expanded our collection to include a range of  gothic and alternative jewelry. These pieces cater to those who dare to be different and love to express their individuality through their accessories.

How do I make an order? 

Just click on the product of your choice, add it to your cart. This will take you to your shopping cart where quantities can also be changed. Then click 'checkout' to fill out your shipping details, after this click ‘continue to shipping’ where you will then click ‘continue to payment’. Either enter your credit card details to pay for your chosen items or we also offer payment options.

How do I pay for my order? Is it safe to use my credit card?

When you checkout you are directed to Shopify secure payment gateway where you can enter your details safely.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options. You can also use Shop Installments which offers you the option to pay for your order in installments at checkout. You can view the complete list of accepted payment methods during the checkout process.

Major Credit Cards: We proudly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay,  PayPal & Afterpay. You can securely enter your credit card details during checkout for a seamless transaction.

PayPal: You can also choose to pay through PayPal, a trusted and secure online payment system. Simply select the PayPal option during checkout and follow the prompts to log into your PayPal account and complete the payment. You must have a paypal account.

What if my product is Damaged or Defective?

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the resolution process.
  • Upon verification, we will provide you with return instructions and arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping charges.

Do you sell gift cards? 

Yes we do - They are great gifts for your friends & family. All gift cards are sold non-refundable, returnable, or redeemable for cash. They cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind sorry. View here.

A product I want is out of stock, when will it be back?

If a product is out of stock, it has likely been reordered and on its way from our suppliers. Please contact our support team for more info to get more specific details on your chosen item. Contact us here.
